Making a Purchase
After browsing our store, add the chosen items to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout. You will be asked a few personal details necessary to process your order. On receiving your order we will send you an email to confirm receipt of this.

Payment Method
We currently accept payment for delivery to UK customers only. Payment will be made to our holding Company Ladies Boudoir Limited. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch.

We accept cheques made payable to Ladies Boudoir Limited. Cheques should be sent with a detailed written order. Goods will be dispatched after funds have cleared to our account.

Processing and Delivery
We stock a high percentage of most merchandise and subject to availability we aim to process and despatch orders within 72 hours of receipt. Standard delivery should be1-3 days after dispatch. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.We would expect to get your goods to you within 7 days or up to 28 days.

Shipping and Handling
All our goods are Gift Wrapped Free in hot pink or black tissue paper and sealed with an Entwined Pleasures Label, Larger items of Lingerie are then added to a Beautiful Black Pillow Pack and decorated with Entwined Pleasures Ribbon. All goods are sent discreetly in a plain mail bag or cardboard postal carrier.There will be no indication as to the content of the parcel and no reference to our company name. All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery service and will have to be signed for. Should you not be available to receive your order, Royal Mail will leave a card advising you of re-delivery options or where you can collect you're discreetly packaged order. Our charge for post and packaging is £2.95. There is no extra charge for wrapping. All packages returned to us unclaimed via Royal Mail will be subject to a reshipping fee of £2.95/3.95 depending on size of parcel.

Goods Damaged in Transit
In the unfortunate event that your goods have been damaged in transit, please record details on the delivery documentation and notify us within 48 hours. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the original packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.</SPAN></P>

Delivery Shortages
It is important that you check and sign for the correct number of packages. If you suspect that something is missing, please record this on the delivery documentation and inform us within 24 hours.

Received Goods
In the interest of hygiene, please ensure that you try on briefs, thongs and any other intimate lingerie over existing underwear.
Please ensure that you are happy with products before opening sealed packages. Refunds cannot be given on goods if an sealed unit has been opened.

Guarantee
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are not fully satisfied with the goods that you have received we will exchange them of give a full refund, providing that you inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the order and that goods are returned to us within 7 days unused, unworn and unwashed and in original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

Refunds and Exchanges
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email to inform us that you are returning an item or items. Please post from your local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage as confirmation of. Goods lost in transit cannot be refunded if proof of postage is not obtained. Once we have received and checked your items we will offer you an exchange or refund to your credit/debit card. If goods have been purchased by cheque, then a cheque will be issued for the refunded amount and sent to you.

Returns Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on Body Stockings, Stockings and Tights. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
